The last 3 felt *really* heavy. I focused on leaning forward, getting my legs behind me, rather than striking the ground out in front. I only did one round of the WOD, following Scott's advice to quit while I was ahead and not re-injure it. Scott and Gary did two rounds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100m run - rest the time it took to run 100m&lt;br /&gt;200m run - rest 200m time&lt;br /&gt;400m run - 1:25&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not sure what my 100m and 200m times were, but it felt great to get a 1:25 400m! Coordination is so tough!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 minute AMRAP&lt;br /&gt;7 deadlifts (155#, my current BW. Rx'd was 1.25 x BW, which would have been 195 for me. Didn't do the games qualifier WOD, since I was feeling light-headed, and Clark was hungry, and I was planning to return for Ladies' Night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went to 7:30 Ladies' Night! Got Clark fed just in time to participate in the team workout. The 4 team members had to complete:&lt;br /&gt;2000m row&lt;br /&gt;75 deadlifts (135#)&lt;br /&gt;100 push-ups&lt;br /&gt;200 double-unders (I didn't do any of these)&lt;br /&gt;Burpee tire-flips to the wall&lt;br /&gt;400m run, with one team member being carried at all times (I just ran alongside.
