40#, 20 minutes
CFWU x 10 x 2 (except 2 dips & pull-ups)
Using a 40# weight:
5 deadlifts
5 push presses
5 hang power cleans
5 thrusters (behind the head)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
I finished 13 rounds in 20:13.
Next time, I'll go heavier. My grip was getting tired, and the thrusters were tough at the end, but for the most part this did not feel super hard. (But it was still a good one! My arms were trembling during bio lecture, which I had right after the workout, and it was mildly difficult to take notes. :-)
