Sprint tabata
Tried to wake up at 6 am... but didn't actually make it out of bed until 7.
A pretty creaky 4-minute warm-up run to the arboretum trail, where I stretched for a minute or two and then did a sprint tabata. I felt more mechanical than agile, but it was okay. The run home felt SO much better than the run there! Lots of stretching, and then breakfast.
