Interval running

Tough run today. :-(

About 36 minutes total, which included 5 sprinting intervals - I was SLOW. Ugh. Definitely tight from yesterday's deadlifts.

We alternate 3.5 minutes of moderate running with 1 minute of sprinting.

I think it's a pretty effective workout... Curious about your and Andrew's thoughts on it?
