BUT the gym was packed and the pull-up machine was broken. Ugh. I spent most of my time just trying to find a decent place to workout.
CFWU x 12 x 2 (no pull-ups or dips)
21 sumos, 45#
4 pull-ups (on climbing rack)
10 yoga push-ups
Planks: 1:30 front, 1:00 on each side, 1:00 front
