CFWU x 2 x 10 (4 dips, no pull-ups)

400 m run (10-10.5 mph on the treadmill)
21 swings w/35# dumbbell (14 overhead, 7 eye-level)
5 pull-ups (only 4 on round 2)

Time: 18:30

106 push-ups

Notes
My calves were pretty tight after the 400s. Felt short of breath overall. Alergy season?
