Rowing, OH Squats, Burpees

CFWU x 10 x 2
(10 reps of everything, except 2 unassisted dips and 2 unassisted pull-ups)

5 rounds of:
Rowing (increasing distances), 5 OH Squats, 5 burpees

Rowing results:
100m = 0:24
200m = 0:40
300m = 1:11
400m = 1:36
500m = 2:03

OH Squats
I used 40# for all rounds except the 3rd, when I used 50# and failed on the 5th lift. Lost my focus. Buh.

Total time: 21+ minutes.
