Jog to track - 5 minutes

12 x 200m, separated by 1 minute rests.
Times:
43, 46, 45, 44, 46, 47, 47, 47, 47, 47, 46, 45

5 minute jog home.

Notes: Not super fast, as usual, but good that I got it done. I meant to do this workout weekly, but I missed 2 weeks in a row! Fools Fest is just a month away... I need to keep up with this stuff!
