so, you add 5 push ups/day.... how many are you trying to get to?
Scott and I decided to try the Push-up Challenge, where you do 1 push-up on January 1st, 2 on January 2nd, etc., so by December 31st you're doing 365. I'm adding on 5 per day right now, since I started late and am trying to get caught up.http://fitness-solution.blogspot.com/2006/12/2007-push-up-challenge.html

Probably not. I'm doing them in sets right now... it would be pretty tough to start doing them consecutively.
