Sprint tabata

CFWU x 1 x 10 (at-home substitutions, 5 pull-ups)

Sprint tabata sandwiched between 5-minute warm-up and cool-down jogs

50 push-ups

Not bad. I could have/should have pushed a little harder on the sprints, since I had some energy left over at the end. Glutes are feeling tight now, but hamstrings are way better. I foam-rolled a bit when I got home.
