Night Train practice

Jog
Active stretches/plyos
Static stretching

Box drill
10 pulls - offense gets 2 possessions, defense gets 1, then re-pull
Scrimmages - one game to 5, one game to 2

Cool-down lap
10 push-ups, 1-minute plank, 10 push-ups
Boat pose
