Night Train practice

Active stretches/plyos
Static stretching

Cutting drill to work on split-stack cuts & defense
Cutting drill to work on deep cuts & reading the disc
Scrimmage to 5 (my team lost 5-3)

Cool-down lap
Side plank (1 minute per side)
Superman pose (1 minute)
