Night Train Practice

I was tired at practice today. Especially my quads and hips.

Jog, plyos, stretch.

Two different marking drills. (Very frustrating - I was having a miserable time getting off my break-mark throws... but I guess that means my teammates were doing a good job marking.)

Scrimmage, with 40m sprints in between each point.

Cool-down lap, followed by beer!
