pull-ups (55# assist for the first 31 reps, 70# assist for the last 14)

75 push-ups (before bed, long after Fran), 8:12
Notes: My legs are tight from yesterday, and my arms will definitely be sore in the next day or two. Good workout. 60# thrusters were about right.

Libby, if you can do 60# thrusters, you might as well just use 65#! that way, you only have to work on your pull ups to do the Rxed Fran.
