Power cleans
105 x 5 x 3
(Not bad considering my 1RM is 125!)

Met con
10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
Kipping pull-ups
Box jumps (24")
Time: 6:51
Not very met-con-y. Can't wait til I can string more pull-ups together...
