Run, Pull-ups, Squats, Pilates

Warm-up: 10 lunges

Run 0.75 mile at 8.5 mph, jogged 0.25. Rest.
Repeat at 7.5 mph.

15 lat pull-downs (97.5 #), 25 squats
10 jumping pull-ups, 25 squats
10 pull-ups (28# assistance), 25 squats
15 lat pull-downs (90#), 25 squats
10 jumping pull-ups, 25 squats
15 jumping pull-ups

30 minute Pilates class


I want to get better at running.
