Track workout!
I feel like a wimp for not working out yesterday. Here's to better motivation going forwards...
Warm-up: Jog to the track near my house.
4 rounds of:
40m sprint, touch the ground, sprint back
100m jog
10 burpees
100m run
100m jog
25 squats
100m sprint
100m jog
10 vertical jumps
2 minutes rest
My times, for each round:
4:45
5:08
5:06
5:36
8 minute run home
I took little (15 second) breaks between a lot of the exercises. Could have pushed myself harder that way. The sprint felt pretty good, even though it was so cold out. (Snow flurries!) My vertical jumps SUCK hard core.

if you want to get a bigger vertical, then work on hip extension: sprints, deadlift, squat, swings, cleans, snatches, jumps, etc. looks like you already do a lot of these!
Good workout! Someone really smart must have come up with it.
