Murph (running + burpees)

Inspired by the March 1st WOD from the Navy SEALs CrossFit site, "Murph."

1.3 (?) mile run - 9:30
100 burpees - approx. 13:00
1.3? mile run - 10:10

Total time: 37:00


Tough!


When we got home, Scott made smoothies with yogurt, frozen berries, a banana and chocolate soy milk. Very tasty.
