Night Train practice

I officially made the team! Turns out no one who tried out was cut, but still, I'm happy to be part of the club.

Jog
Active stretches/plyos
Static stretching

Gauntlet drill
Scrimmage
Hucking/Reading/Defending drill
Scrimmage

Cool-down jog
Core: 20 leg raises, and 1 minute of 20 push-ups + plank
