Burpees, I mean, Sprint Tabata

Goal #1 - Do a track workout with my frisbee teammates.
Aborted - I got stuck in awful traffic on the way home from Sacramento and missed it.

Goal #2 - Do 100 burpees.
Aborted - I did 30 and quit. Just wasn't feeling it. PMS?

Goal #3 - Do a sprint tabata.
Success!
