Night Train Practice

Tough practice tonight - not because of the amount of exercise, but because everyone was so low energy. Maybe our bodies were still recovering from the tournament, or maybe our minds were still in post-tournament depression.

Usual warm-up

Cutting drill
Hucking drill
Scrimmage

Cool-down jog and core exercises
