3 rounds of: 200m + 400m + 600m
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. Ex. 200m run in 35 sec, rest 35 sec. Then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.200m times: 0:45, 0:48, 0:49
400m times: 1:37, 1:43, 1:46
600m times: 2:36, 2:44, 2:45
Uf da, I think I picked the wrong day to do this! My quads were pretty tight when I woke up this morning (from yesterdays burpees, I assume), and it turns out they were pretty tired as well. My lungs felt alright on this workout, but my legs were heavy, slow, worn out. I'll have to try it again when I'm a little fresher.
It's a good workout though - I might have to prescribe it to my ultimate team...
