YAY progress!I had a really good week last week, which led me to work out 7 days out of 8 without even knowing it. I learned to snatch, i got my muscle ups, and got a 6 min PR on Filthy Fifty. Lifting day today!Hope you have a good workout today!!
Jeez Mie, that's hot!! I've never done Filthy Fifty... I'll have to put in a request for that one. Sounds like you're getting a lot out of your CrossFit classes? Keep it up!
