150 push-ups

Attended Night Train but didn't play at all. I did some push-ups on the sidelines. My back is still tight/wonky. Not as painful though. I'm nervous it won't be healed by Friday. Sigh.

Hey there, thanks for checking in, and thanks for the link! Scott's been pretty receptive to the low-carb, mostly-Paleo diet, which is awesome. I ate a bunch of junk at Potlatch last weekend, but I'm excited about cleaning up my act now.

Just read the post about no dairy... interesting. Not sure I believe that it's bad for everyone. I mean, some peoples *have* evolved to better digest lactose throughout their lives (namely Scandinavians, like me). But there's still the insulin spike to think about. I'll cut it out for a week, and then see how it feels to go back...
