A slightly adulterated version of this workout.
- 8 minutes of handstand push-ups, using a nifty rubber band contraption to help suspend me from the pull-up rack - 20 reps.
- 7 min. air squats - 225 reps
- 2 min. pull-ups, some kipping & some jumping - 10 reps
- 1 min. push-ups - 16
- Total: 271
