Back squats @ CFD

Broad jumps length of the gym: 13
13 wall-balls (14#)
Broad jumps length of the gym: 11
25 push-ups, sit-ups & double unders

Back squats: 10 sets of 2, adding weight each time
135-140-145-150-155-160-165-170-175-175f

I know my penultimate set didn't get bellow parallel... I'm not sure how the earlier ones were.

25 more push-ups & sit-ups
