55 x 3
65 x 3
65 x 3
70 x 2 (I just missed the 3rd rep! Grr.)

Nasty Girls: 3 rounds:
50 air squats
7 muscle-ups (from my knees, jumped into the dip)
10 hang power cleans @75# (should have gone heavier; 95# was rx'd)

Time: 8:45

My air squat muscles are worn out!!
