Deadlifts, light sprint

Deadlifts - work up to a 3RM
185 x 3, 205 x 3, 225 x 3
(I bet I could have done 225 x 4 though!)

Sprint met con: 1 round
50 box jumps (20")
200m sprint
30 weighted sit-ups (25#)
