KB swings; running & bodyweight met con

Strength: on the minute for 10 minutes, 10 KB swings (20kg)

Met con:
- 800 m run
- 50-30-20
  Push-up (strict, not games-style)
  Box jump (20")
  Sit-up
- 800 m run
