CFWU - Stretch, Squat (2x12), Sit-up (2x12), Back ext (2x12), Pull-up (12 @ -55#, 4 with weak kipping), Dip (12 @ -55#, 4 unassisted)
WOD from Saturday 080607
Five rounds for time of:
75# Squat clean, 7 reps
15 Handstand push-ups (or other pushing exercises)
Time: 16:30 (but lots of chatting with Scott... I definitely wasn't going all out)
Round 1: HSPUs - twitches, really
Round 2: Push-ups
Round 3: 45# presses
Round 4: 40-second handstand hold (feet touching wall)
Round 5: 45# presses
Overhead Squats
45# - 5, 5
50# - 5
55# - 5
60# - 4
Finally
A few random ab exercises and some good stretching
Notes
It feels good to do different kinds of squats (front & overhead) after so much back squatting.
I wish my HSPUs were stronger...
