Night Train Practice

Practice was hot today... getting up towards 100F. Must! Acclimate!

Jog, plyos, stretch.

Dump drill (working on both offense and defense)
Conditioning/cutting drill (mercifully short)
Game to 3

By the way, today was the first time in a long time I felt all Jell-O-icious after a gym workout. Yay CrossFit!
