Sprint tabata

Warm-up lap around the apartment complex: 6:15
Dynamic stretching: 2:30
Sprint tabata on the grass: 4:00
One more lap: 6:15
Static stretching

This is always a tough workout. Extra heinous when you haven't sprinted in a few weeks.
