Dumbbell bear complex
Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
25 - 30 - 35 - 40 - 45
Got pretty grippy by the end - my forearms were pumped! Lower back was tight but not unmanageable. Good to be able to rest/stretch in between rounds.
