Lynne @CFD

5 rounds: max rep bench presses (rx'd was bodyweight; I used 100#) + max rep pull-ups

Rd 1: 10 BP + 7 kipping pull-ups
Rd 2: 10 BP + 2 blue band
Rd 3: 10 BP + 5 ring rows
Rd 4: 9 BP + 6 green band
Rd 5: 8 BP + 5 kipping

Total: 47 bench presses, 25 modified pull-ups

My first time doing Lynne. Should have increased weight for the bench presses. Pull-ups were tough though!
