Presses, burpees, OH squats

Press (triples): 45, 55, 65, 75, fail on 85# (not even one rep!)

3 rounds:
10 burpees
10 overhead squats (65#) - rx'd was 95#

Time: 4:33

I need to work on shoulder mobility & stability.
