Warm-up: 45#, 55#, 65#
2 x 5 x 65# (broken sets: 4/1, 4/1)
1 x 5 x 70# (2/2/1)
2 x 5 x 75# (2/2/1, 2/2/1)
6 more pull-ups for a total of 12 today.
Notes
Can't say I'm a fan of this. Maybe I should have stayed at 65# and gone for speedy, unbroken sets? I worked my push press a little, and I realized how rusty my cleans are, but the squats seemed like busy work. Thumbs down on this workout.

i love the bear complex!!
my suggestion for the next time is to pick a weight that you could do 5 unbroken reps and do 5 rounds with the same weight. i know some exercises will be easier than others, but it'll get hard enough pretty quickly!
