Night Train, etc.

32 pull-ups around 3pm
160 push-ups, mostly at the beginning of practice (6pm)
Night Train practice - probably a good hour of scrimmaging, without many subs. I was mostly handling, though, so not so much sprinting. Sadly, my throws were miserable (from push-ups?).
