Jerks, squats, sit-ups @CFD

A. Split Jerk - 3,2,1,3,2,1; rest 240 sec
95, 105, 105, 95, 105, 115

B. Front Squat - 3,3,3,3,3; rest 240 sec
135, 135, 145, 145, 145

C. GHD Sit Ups - 100 for time
~ 5 minutes??
