Back squats, handstands @CFD
Five rounds for time of:
95# back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yards (I used the band contraption for assisted handstand push-ups and did 20 "steps")
Time: 14:09
I did a 400m run as a warm-up - my leg was feeling good when I woke up this morning - but I probably should have let it rest.
