(Got it up OK but lost my balance in the OH squat position!)

Power clean:

Jerk:
105 x 2, 2, 2

Front squat:
115 x 2
105 x 2, 2

GHD sit-ups
4 x 15

Weighted ab mat sit-ups (12 kg)
2 x 15
