Cindy at home
Car battery is dead, so worked out at home. Haven't done this in a while!
5 pull-ups (jumping)
10 push-ups (half+ with elbows close)
15 air squats OR sit-ups (did squats on the odd rounds, sit-ups on the evens)
Completed: 10 rounds + 5 + 8
Sit-ups were slow, but they meant I didn't have to get back on the push-ups so soon.
