Ladies' Night @CFD!

Modified Team WOD 6 from this year's regionals:

You and a partner complete the following, only 1 person working at a time:

100 double unders
60 burpees
60 DB ground-to-overhead (25#)
60 toes-to-bar
200' OH walking lunge (25# plate)
150' sprint
