Deadlift; thrusters + burpees

Deadlifting - worked up to 235#, did 5 singles

Met con:
4 min AMRAP
2 min rest
4 min AMRAP

2 thrusters (85#), 2 lateral jump burpees; 4, 4; 6, 6; 2... 4... 6... 2... etc.

Got 41 reps both times. Good workout - heavy thrusters!
