50 Air Squats

200 m Run
40 Kettlebell Swings (16/24 kg)
25% Burpees
100 m Overhead Walking Lunge (25/45 lbs)
30 Box Jumps (20/24 in.)
25% Burpees
50 m Bear Crawl
20 Pull-ups
I owed 80 burpees, so 20 per round. Time: 23:17
