Strength - worked on strict & butterfly pull-ups, and on L-sits using parallettes
Met con: 3 rounds (5 was rx'd)
2 ring dips + 10 pull-ups (5 muscle-ups rx'd)
10 OH squats at 65# (75# rx'd)
15 toes-to-bar
20 GHD sit-ups
Time: 16:40
Only did 3 rounds before I ripped a big hole in my hand. Didn't feel great about this workout...
