Cindy

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
15 squats
10 push-ups
5 pull-ups (jumping)

10 rounds + 15 squats

Last time I did Cindy, I got in 12 rounds, but half of my push-ups were from my knees, but this time I only resorted to them on 2 rounds (the 6th and the 9th, I think), so that feels like an achievement. And my arms are not nearly as drained as they were last time. That was only 2 weeks ago.

Libby - Great job with the push ups! I think it takes a little extra practice to not get fatigued with push ups! Keep it up!
