Pull-ups, Deadlifts @CFD

15 pull-ups
15 deadlifts (135#)
- 8:14 -

Rx'd was 20 pull-ups and a heavier DL, maybe 185#? I could have gone a little heavier, but scaling to 15 pull-ups was about right.

so much deadlifting recently haha
