Weightlifting @CFD

Back squat
170 x 2, 2, 2, 2

Snatch pull
85 x 2, 2, 2, 2

Clean pull
135 x 2, 2, 2, 2


50 push-ups when I got home.
Scott and I agreed that we need to get our push-up strength back! Right now the plan is to do 50 per day in November, 75/d in December and 100/d in January.
