5 dumbbell snatches, right arm (35#)
5 dumbbell snatches, left arm (35#)
10 box jumps (20")


Prescribed was a 24kg KB snatch. I could have handled a little more weight, but my wrists are glad I used a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell!
