Baseline WOD: 4:50, Rx'd
5/28/09 - 5:27, with green band pull-ups, I think
4/17/09 - 6:56, with the blue band?
Deadlifts - 5 sets of 3, all at 215#
Felt heavy, but not too onerous. I certainly could have done one or two more sets.
